Manning Distribution Services was started in 1994 by Tim Manning in order to provide his existing transportation customers with a solution for their warehousing needs in the San Francisco Bay Area.  His philosophy was simple, on an individual basis, work closely with customers to develop programs that allowed them to effectively manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of their products, building upon his extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.

 

Today, as a division of R.S. Express, Inc.,  we continue to operate as a customer service oriented warehousing and distribution company for customers both small and large.  Building upon the extensive experience within our company in both transportation and warehousing, we work closely with each of our customers in order to provide the personalized knowledge that benefits everyone from start ups to large scale projects.  Our warehousing facility is fully licensed and provides general warehousing, but also holds all authorities to handle freight within the following specialized categories:

 

• Type 14 ABC Public Warehouse

• FDA Authorized Food Facility

 

In addition, Manning Distribution Services offers a fully computerized inventory system to track receipts, inventory levels and shipments of products.
